Massive Sizes, High Volume

Novae's state-of-the-art liquid coating facility is designed for exceptionally large equipment and massive parts sizes. Our liquid coat line can handle parts up to 10' x 12' x 50' long and has an overhead crane capacity of 12,000 lbs. Our process is specifically engineered to manage parts at a high volume.

Customization
We can customize our 5-step coating process to fit any neccessary requirements or specifications. For example:

 • Sand blasting prior to painting.
 • Rust proofing items up to 12' x 12' x 40' long
   with a hot dip galvanizing process.
 • Repair large, steel items prior to painting.

Standard 5-Step Process

1. Initial decontamination and cleaning.
2. High-pressure iron phosphate wash (degreasing and acid-etching process to prepare the steel).
3. Pressurized air-dry system.
4. Two coats of professional grade rust inhibiting primer prepares the surface for final painting.
5. Final two coats of finished high-quality urethane.
